What to Expect

Your first class

There's no test. No perfect form required. No previous experience needed. Just show up exactly as you are.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled. Wear whatever you're comfortable moving in. Bring water. Mats are available to rent if you don't have one.

Each class runs 60 minutes — enough to go deep without going long. Warm-up, flow, and close built in.
